    Hi, I’m Danielle — a Joy Coach, somatic facilitator, and sacred space holder for women navigating the wild, beautiful depths of early motherhood.

    I blend mindset, nervous system support, and deep somatic practices to help mothers shift out of depletion and into a deeper sense of spaciousness, clarity, and joy. My work reignites a Mama’s capacity for joy, clarity, and grounded power—even in the thick of it—by giving her permission to focus on herself, feel deeply, and expand in this season of life. It’s not about surface-level change—it’s about integrated, embodied transformation that becomes part of how she lives, moves, and relates to herself.

    After becoming a mother myself, I realised how many of the tools I’d relied on for years suddenly felt unreachable or too surface-level. What I needed wasn’t more information—it was a space where I could feel held, witnessed, and deeply nourished.

    Mama Joy IGNITE was born from that craving. It’s the experience I wish had existed when I was in the fog—and the one I still need now.

    This isn’t just about reclaiming joy. It’s about expanding your capacity to access it, even in the mess, the noise, and the everyday chaos.

    I’ve created this entire event on barebones childcare, interrupted sleep and low iron (eek, IYKYK).

    I am not about to make your life feel harder. Far from it. IGNITE is not about adding more to your To Do list, rather it’s about putting YOU back on it.

    The somatic practices are short (all under 15mins), most you could do whilst wrangling a toddler or feeding your baby. The speaker wisdom sessions are juicy, deep dives in under an hour – that you could watch in parts or listen on the go.

    You are not expected to do it all. Even if you tuned into one session, there’s just so much gold available to you.
