Today’s episode was inspired by me having freezing cold hands and needing to go and put my big fluffy dressing gown on before hitting record. Ever noticed how we keep pushing ourselves to keep going, despite how we’re feeling? You could be freezing but you don’t stop what you’re doing to put on an extra layer. This is how we approach our lives at times too. We want to rush through any big changes and have everything “fixed” without allowing ourselves the spaciousness to transition fully. How we handle the transitions in our life – big or small – has an impact on our mental, emotional and physical health. I’m talking about how you can invite a more sustainable approach into your life, one that doesn’t leave you completely burnt out and exhausted at the end of each day of work.
