Our grounding in day. A chance to settle, take stock and begin to connect within. This is all about knowing where you are right now, what’s going on, clearing all the mind chatter so we can settle in and get to the depths. We’ll start touching on all the things we’re holding onto that are calling for a release.
Day Two: Clarity
When we know what’s really beneath some of those constant roadblocks it makes it so much easier to move forward, to expand, to open. This day is all about discovering, with gentle loving curiosity, what’s really going on, seeing your own patterns, getting clarity on triggers, and allowing the shifts and transformation to take place. This is also about finding our community and getting better at asking for support.
Day Three: Confidence
Now that we have the ‘map’ of where we are and what’s getting in the way, it’s time to welcome in support. This is all about what systems we need in place to feel safe, held and strong, getting clear on our boundaries, and some of the (surprisingly simple) structural things we can put in place. Think ‘systems and the nitty gritty details that help us create more ease’.
Day Four: Connection
With yourself, with others, with your sacred energy. This is all about getting back to your inner guidance so you can feel confident, vibrant and strong; and having the most beautiful tools and practices to support you to continue to grow your connection with your inner guidance system.

Hi, I’m Danielle.👋
Joy Activation Coach, Mama, Author, coffee snob, and sacred space holder.
I guide ambitious, busy and always-on Mamas (and those in ‘mothering roles’) to ditch their overwhelm and step into their joy.
I believe that joy is not just a nice to have, it’s a necessity – one that requires daily practice. And, unlocking ourselves from busy is the fastest and most sustainable way to experience a life that completely lights us up regardless of all the demands on your time and energy.
I moved to the other side of the world heavily pregnant and set up a new life *just in time* to birth our baby. I spent the first 18 months of my little person’s life sleeping in two hour bursts. I cry most days. I beam with delight at my little person and their rapidly developing personality daily (even hourly!). Try to put my feet up the wall any chance I get. And last year made the best investment of our life – a cafe-grade coffee machine for our home.
I’m the first to tell you that feeling bad is just as good for you as feeling good. It’s just that we’ve lost touch with feeling good. We spend too much time focused on our stress, our busyness and our overwhelm. Joy gets limited airtime in our lives – so when we come to wanting it, we don’t know how to experience it.
I’m here to help your big-hearted, ambitious self, to unapologetically redefine mothering on your own terms and live your most joyful life.
Motherhood is a wild, radiant, delightful ride.
One that I believe will fully crack us open to our most magnetic, joyful, expressive selves. If we allow it to. And if we set ourselves up with the best systems of love, support and gentleness.

I assumed I would simply melt into motherhood …
I was wrong.
A Joy Coach. Exceptional strategist, planner and organiser. 15 years of wellness knowledge and embodiment. Everything from acupuncture to affirmations; Ayurveda to vision boards; Yoga Nidra to nature walks. I had it covered, right?
I was so prepared.
For pregnancy. For birth. Even for the initial post-partum period.
But I found myself feeling isolated, frustrated, and unanchored.
And it wasn’t so much about my baby. I felt grounded and strong caring for them. These feelings were about my self.
My usual inner fire, clarity and intuition dissipated. I reached for all my familiar ‘tools’ and support networks.
Some things helped more than others but there was still this big gap.
Where was my community? My deep sacred space to unravel whilst being held? Was I the only one wanting to talk about me and how I was doing and not just my little bundle’s development?
Motherhood is one of the greatest opportunities for expansion.
Yet we spend so much time focused on the daily practical needs (more often than not of our loved ones not even ourselves), that we can get further away from our core self. In the process, losing our confidence, vivaciousness and capacity to bring our visions to life.
There is nothing more powerful than being in community with other heart-led, ambitious and courageous women.
